What happens if I receive a damaged/defective item from my order?If you happen to receive a damaged or defective item that was not/could not be caused while in transit, please contact us via email at service@versedimpressions.com with your order number, a brief explanation, and photo(s) within 48 hours of receiving for us to evaluate the issue.

How do I place an order?Placing an order on our website is simple! Just browse through our products, select your desired items, choose your size (if applicable), and click "Add to Cart." When you're ready, proceed to checkout, where you’ll enter your shipping and payment details. Once your payment is confirmed, we will process your order and ship it to you.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?We process orders as soon as administratively possible to ensure timely delivery. If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us at service@versedimpressions as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to accommodate your request within our control. However, once an order has shipped, we are unable to make changes.

What is your return policy?While we do not offer refunds, we do accept returns within 14 days of you receiving your purchase. If you need to return an item, we’ll provide you with store credit to use toward a future purchase of the same price once we receive the returned item(s), giving you the flexibility to choose something else that better fits your needs.
